I’m letting the blog birthday party continue this week with another giveaway. This week it’s a gift card to one of my favorite grocery stores. Whole Foods is one of the only places around me where I can get a great selection of organic foods, grass-fed beef and free-range chicken. In other words, it’s a place I go to make sure that my family gets the best quality I can get that my other stores don’t offer as well. I know I’m not alone in shopping at Whole Foods so this week’s giveaway is going to be for a $50 Whole Foods gift card.

    I try to avoid processed foods completely and stick to the fresh veggies section–the one exception being Gardein mock meat products which I buy occaisionally

    My favorite healthy food option that’s fairly quick is grabbing a rotisserie chicken at the grocery store and creating a meal with that (chicken wraps, throwing the chicken in a sale, etc.)
