This has been a rough and busy week for me. I had such high hopes of getting numerous recipes finished and written up. I also had to get my post for Manilla.com written up as well for this week. There are a ton and a half of craft projects in various stages of completion on my craft table and I am trying to get everything ready for the cruise, which I leave for in like 26 days. Sadly though you know how life goes. When you are trying to do a ton of things is always when things seem to go the most wrong. Like your cell phone breaks thanks to the kids or your stove decides to stop working altogether and then you have to scramble to come up with new recipes for jobs and one of your two photography lights gets knocked down and breaks so your pictures aren’t so hot. Yes, it’s been that kind of week. So hopefully next week improves. I have a new cell phone now and the stove is being repaired so this should make my life easier. I just need to purchase some new photography lights and all will then be right in my little world.

Since I was limited to what I could do this week with no stove I did get some no-bake recipes created (look for those in coming days and weeks) and I was able to work on an easy kids craft with my daughter to keep her occupied and to give us all a brief break from watching Disney’s Frozen yet again or listening to “Let It Go”. I love them both but sometimes you just need a break. Since I had a lot of St. Patrick’s Day craft items lying about I helped her make an easy kids St. Patrick’s Day Irish banner. It came out really cute and she was super proud of it.

It must be in the air, the kids broke my photography lights for the 3rd time in less then a month this week. But I love the simplicity of the banner!
