With multiple kids in elementary school it would be so easy to tell them that they are all going to be giving out the same end of school year gift to their classmates but my creative juices won’t allow me to do that. I like coming up with and creating fun little ways to adorn gifts. I didn’t do it with my older kids when they were little but back then I was allowed to bake treats or at least buy them for the class. Since that is no longer an option in our district I like to fancy up the gifts with a cute little note or card. I think it makes what could be a dull gift to a child into something with more personality and appeal. I think that this end of school year ice pop gift idea with cute printable is just one fun way to get small children excited and ready to make something fun in the kitchen this summer.

I love getting into the kitchen with my kids and making ice pops during the summer is such a fun and easy way to get creative, spend time together and end it all with a tasty treat! My daughter is finishing up kindergarten and she will be giving these out to her friends. I think they are fun and different from the standard chalk, bubbles and pencils that are given out. I found these ice pop molds at Walmart and they were only 88¢ each. That’s a pretty inexpensive gift for each child.
