I was provided with samples by Hershey’s in order to complete this review. All thoughts and opinions are 100% my own.
The countdown is on! Valentine’s Day is a week away. Do you know what you are doing to celebrate this most romantic of occasions? Are you still trying to come up with something to do for your spouse/significant other? Maybe you want to surprise the kids when they get home from school on the 14th? Oh, and you can’t forget the class parties. You will definitely need some treats for those. So what are you going to get? How about some chocolate? After all, Valentine’s Day and chocolate go hand in hand.
The options for chocolate on Valentine’s Day have definitely changed. While you can still get big heart-shaped boxes with a multitude of different candies in them, why not get the loves in your life something you know they will love? Hershey’s was kind enough to send me over some of the treats they have available this holiday season and I can tell you, you won’t go wrong with these. Take a look at the options this year for Hershey’s Valentine’s Day candy.
Reese’s Peanut Butter Hearts
I love that this year you can get Reese’s Peanut Butter Hearts that are packaged as the Valentine for class parties. There is a to and from field on each. This will save you a ton of money just having to buy the candy and not candy and cards for class parties. I also like that you get 28 which is large enough to cover a classroom. Although, if your house is like mine you will need to buy extra bags because they will disappear.
Hershey’s Kisses & Hugs
Does anything scream Valentine’s Day, love and romance like giving your sweetie a bunch of Hugs and Kisses? You can’t go wrong with that. We even used Hugs and Kisses for our wedding favors when my husband and I got married. This year though you can change it up by buying the Raspberry Hugs. Raspberry and chocolate are a phenomenal flavor pairing that I really enjoyed.
Rolos are one of my absolute favorite candy and you can get them for Valentine’s Day wrapped in a combination of festive colored foils instead of just the standard gold wrap. If you have a chocolate and caramel fan in your life then these would be perfect.
Hershey’s Solid Milk Chocolate Heart
A big giant milk chocolate heart? Um, yes please! Any chocolate fan would be thrilled to get this sweet treat handed to them this Valentine’s Day. The hard part will be telling yourself to eat it a little at a time.
What Hershey’s candies are you hoping to get this Valentine’s Day?
