I received samples from Kiss and Broadway for the purpose of review. However, all opinions in this post are my own.
When I was at BlogHer ’13, Kiss and Broadway products were there letting us try all of their products. You could get your nails done, bump up your own lashes with some falsies and of course their hair tools were available to use. As someone who is a total girlie-girl, I was in heaven. I have been a HUGE fan of Kiss and Broadway products for a year or so now.
I have always loved having pretty nails. When I worked downtown I would always make lunchtime salon appointments for nail and beauty treatments. Then I became a stay-at-home mom and we only had one salary to live on. This meant that I had to budget and frills like mani/pedis went bye-bye.
Fast forward to early last year when I am browsing the beauty aisle at Walgreens while waiting for prescriptions and I come across Broadway imPRESS press-on manicure. I have never been a fan of fake nails before. They are harsh on your real nails and press-on nails have never really stuck very well for me. Then you also have to deal with the nails being way to long for someone who prefers a short nail with her active life. So what sold me on trying these were the designs and the the fact that you could get them in a short length.
The imPRESS manicure was quick and easy to do. (Even with kids pestering me.) It also lasted. I was easily able to wear it a week and have nice looking nails. No chipped or peeling nail polish for me and they did no damage to my nails at all. (They peel right off.) These became my new go to nail item.
Then there was a sale one day and I decided to try Kiss Classic Nail Dress. These were fun! For someone who always smudges her nail polish when painting I like that these nail stickers can be used on your fingers or toes. They come in so many varieties and you can now get Two Looks Nail Dress. This gives you different options. The color can cover all or part of your nail. One side may be full coverage and the other a french manicure coverage. The other awesome thing! These can be used over the imPRESS nails to give you a more custom look.
