
It’s not only a regular school night dinner rush. Nope! Holiday season has descended upon us now making already busy weeknight dinners that much more stressful. I personally, love having great products on hand at home that can help me out on time crunched nights to still get a great meal on the table without a lot of headache. One of my favorite potato recipes is Greek potatoes. Simply Potatoes® helps me make a quicker version. With Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes I can quickly whip up my Pan Fried Greek Potatoes.
Simply Potatoes brand products are one of my refrigerator staples. With everything from shredded, diced, wedged seasoned and mashed potatoes their products are always cutting my cook and prep time on weeknights. Since Simply Potatoes are simply made with always fresh, never frozen potatoes that go from farm, to fridge, to fork I can feel good about serving their products to my family.
It’s easy to turn Simply Potatoes products into all of your favorite potato recipes. With all of the potato prep work done for you all you need is some simple flavor additions to make a tasty, variety of dishes.
My Pan Fried Greek Potatoes are packed full of flavor without all of the time and effort it would normally take to make Greek potatoes.
If you have 15-20 minutes and some basic ingredients you can serve these up as a quick side whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner.


- 1 Package of Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
- 1/2 a Lemon, juiced
- 4 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/2 tbsp. Dried Oregano
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- In a bowl whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt & pepper.
- Pour the liquids into a 12" skillet and turn the heat to medium.
- Pour the entire package of Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion into the skillet.
- Stir to coat the potatoes with the liquid and cover with a lid.
- Stir/flip the potatoes every 3-4 minutes.
- Cook 12-15 minutes.
